You’ve heard that you need more hands than you have available, and that it can be a magical yet challenging time. You may even have lots of support close by, but little clarity on how exactly that support team will help. These are common postpartum dilemmas, and this is where I come in!

The postpartum care package provides solutions for families who know they will need support during the postpartum time, but don’t know exactly what that support will look like. Instead of an unknown number of visits with no particular agenda, the care package provides set services, grouped together for a discount:

• infant feeding visit - 1.5 hours of lactation/infant feeding support with a certified lactation consultant (that’s me!) Bodyfeeding not required.

• baby care/general Q&A - A four-hour shift to go over basic infant care, sleep habits, baby wearing, etc. If you don’t have questions, take the time to nap or shower in peace while you know your little one is in safe hands.

• meal prep visit - A shift where I fill your fridge and freezer with delicious, healing foods that are perfect for the postpartum time. Can be scheduled prenatally or postpartum, whichever would be most beneficial for your family. Choose from a menu of options.
