Feeding a baby takes a lot of work and dedication - no matter how you choose to do it. Optimizing a nurturing feeding relationship between parents and babies often requires help! I am here to support you on your feeding journey.

As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), I take a choice-based approach similar to my birth work. My job is to support your family in your feeding goals, whether you hope to feed your baby human milk, formula, or a combination of both. There are many ways to keep babies fed and healthy!

I offer a variety of lactation and feeding services to best meet your needs:

  • Like a personalized infant feeding class! Ask a lactation professional all your questions about feeding your baby, from bodyfeeding basics, normal infant feeding behaviors, or whatever else is on your mind.

    Overwhelmed and don’t know where to begin? I will come prepared with the info I think all folks need to be successful in their feeding journeys.

    We will meet virtually for 45 minutes. If you prefer an in-person session, cost increases to $75.

  • A one hour session held in the comfort of your home. Perfect for assessing latch and covering any other topics you may need.

  • A one hour virtual session covering whatever topics you need. Latch assessments are best done in-home.

  • Follow up sessions are for anyone whom I have worked with before that need a little extra support. This includes birth and postpartum doula clients as well as lactation clients. We will meet for one hour virtually or in your home to touch back on any topics needed.

    Virtual sessions are $65.

Potential topics of conversation during sessions include:

  • Latch assessment for those bodyfeeding

  • Realistic expectations for normal infant feeding behavior - timing, volumes, etc…

  • Hand expression, colostrum harvesting

  • Supply issues: oversupply, low supply, relactation

  • Pumping how-to and troubleshooting

  • Paced bottle feeding

  • Choosing the right formula and formula preparation

  • Preparing to go back to work/school

  • Help with weaning (at any age)

  • And so much more!
