As a birth doula my job is to meet you where you are and support you as an individual. I do not work for your doctor or midwife, but for you. At Pine State Doula, I take a choice-centered approach. This means that I will help provide you with support to make informed decisions and affirm your choices in whatever you think is best for yourself, your baby, and your family. My only agenda is to make sure you feel seen and supported.

Package includes: 2+ prenatal meetings / continuous birth support / 1 postpartum visit

When you hire Pine State Doula, you will have unlimited phone, text, and email access to me throughout your pregnancy. I will go on call for you at 38 weeks until your baby arrives, with every effort to attend or provide backup support if you have your baby early.

During the day of your birth, I am there every step of the way. In early labor, I serve as virtual support offering suggestions and bolstering your birth partner until you are ready for extra support. At that time I will join you and stay for at least 1-2 hours after your baby is born.

Postpartum, we will meet within the first 10 days to check in on infant feeding, process your birth, and discuss your postpartum transition. I continue to stay a resource for you as you adjust to your new roles.
