Overnight postpartum support is designed to get you the rest you need to reset your nervous system and come to the next day refreshed! Here’s what you can expect from an overnight:

• I will come to your home in the evening and touch base - How is baby sleeping? Eating? How are you healing? Do you have any particular needs for the evening?

• We will set a plan together for the night hours.

• Babe will come to me, you will head to bed! Earplugs encouraged.

• I will bring your baby to you when they wake if you would like to feed, or will offer them a bottle so you can continue to rest. Bottle dishes will be done, milk will be stored, Baby will be burped and soothed so you can get right back to sleeping.

• When the morning comes, I will bring your baby back to you (hopefully still asleep!) and sneak out until the next time.

Care is customizable to all infant sleep and feeding arrangements. 8-hour minimum shifts.
